Purpose of this site
fshn is a digital wardrobe and styling service. It lets you catalog clothing, receive outfit suggestions from pieces you own, track cost-per-wear and explore membership and styling services. Use of the site is subject to the terms of use and the privacy notice linked in the footer.
Intellectual property
The fshn name, design, texts and software are the property of the operator or its licensors. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us the limited licence described in the terms of use so we can store and display them back to you. Sample garment images bundled with the app are used under licence or created for fshn.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate. Outfit suggestions are styling ideas and do not replace professional advice. This notice leaves unaffected the rights that consumer law gives you, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. We are responsible for our own site, and the content of third-party sites we link to stays with their owners.
Applicable law
This site and its use are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Sevilla, Spain apply, unless consumer protection rules grant you a different forum.
