Terms of use

The service
fshn, operated by Ingeniería Sanitaria, S.L., is a digital wardrobe and styling service. You can catalog your clothing, receive outfit suggestions, track cost-per-wear and save looks. Guest mode works in your browser without an account; creating an account stores your wardrobe so it persists across devices.
Who can use fshn
You must be at least 14 years old to use fshn. Paid services (fshn Club and 1:1 styling) are for people aged 18 or over, and you confirm your age when you purchase.
Your photos and content
You keep all rights to the photos and wardrobe information you upload. You grant Ingeniería Sanitaria, S.L. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you — showing your wardrobe, generating outfit cards you request and, only with your explicit per-photo consent, sending a photo for AI clothing tagging. We do not sell your photos or use them to advertise.
You confirm that you own or have permission to upload each photo, and that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, images of children, identity documents or unlawful content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Membership and paid services
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
When sales open, fshn Club renews automatically every month or every year at the price shown at purchase (€4.99 per month or €39 per year, VAT included) until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Cancellation will be available at any time under Account settings > Subscription, effective at the end of the paid period. We notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change, and you may cancel before it applies.
Sales are not open and no payment is taken. Account subscription management and the online withdrawal function will be available before purchases open.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a purchase of fshn Club or a 1:1 styling service within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to gdpr@fshn.app; you may use the model withdrawal form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used.
If you asked at checkout for the service to start within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until you withdrew. Once a service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal ends, provided you gave your express request to start and acknowledged this at checkout.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, no automated scraping, no uploading of malicious files, and no use of the AI tagging for anything other than wardrobe photos. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms to reflect changes in law, security needs, technical developments or improvements to the service. We publish the updated terms on this page with their date. For a change that affects paying members to their disadvantage, we notify you by email at least 30 days before it applies. You may cancel free of charge within that period, and we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
