Clothing, not identities

fshn catalogs clothing and suggests outfit combinations. Its AI tagging requests a garment name, category, color, vibe and suitable occasions. fshn does not offer facial recognition, biometric identification, face swaps or AI image editing. Outfit cards arrange the photos you selected; they are not AI-generated images of you.

If your photo contains a face or another personal detail, that detail is part of the image and may be visible to the AI service when you consent to tagging. We do not automatically detect, blur or remove faces. Photograph garments alone or crop personal details out before uploading. Do not upload someone else’s photo without their permission, or sensitive images, children’s photos or identity documents.

Where photos go

Guests: selected photos and wardrobe details are kept in this browser. Photos are resized and JPEG-encoded locally for storage and analysis; this is ordinary image processing, not AI modification. They are not uploaded to your account unless you sign in and choose to save the guest wardrobe. Browser storage can be lost when you clear site data or use private browsing.

Account users: choosing a photo uploads it to private Lovable Cloud storage, even before you save the piece. Wardrobe details and saved looks are associated with your account. The app uses access-controlled storage and temporary photo links, not a public image gallery. Anyone you give an active photo link to may be able to view it until it expires. Photos from interrupted or abandoned uploads that are not attached to a saved piece are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

AI is optional

Uploading a photo does not automatically send it for AI tagging. For each selected photo, you must check the consent box and press “Auto-tag photo.” This sends the image to Lovable AI Gateway and the OpenAI model provider for clothing analysis. You can instead enter all tags manually and still save your piece and generate outfit combinations. Outfit recommendations are matched from wardrobe tags in your browser, without another photo-analysis request.

AI responses are clothing text tags, not edited image files. fshn does not use your photos to train AI models and does not sell photos. Under OpenAI’s API data processing terms, data sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI models and may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion. Lovable AI Gateway passes the request to the model provider and keeps only request metadata for usage and billing. Do not submit sensitive photos. Withdrawing consent prevents future analysis; it cannot recall a request already sent.

Other information

Account services process your sign-in details and account identifier. Wardrobe names, tags, favorites and saved looks are stored to provide the service. Guest AI limits use a random browser identifier and a hashed network identifier, plus request counters, to reduce abuse. Hosting, authentication and AI services may also process technical request information such as network addresses, timestamps and errors. Essential browser storage supports sessions and the guest wardrobe.

Your choices and deletion

You can decline AI processing, remove a photo from a piece, delete wardrobe pieces and delete saved looks. Guest data can be removed using “Clear guest wardrobe” or by clearing this site’s browser data. When you delete a piece, its photo is deleted from storage within 30 days. When you delete your account, all your photos and wardrobe data are deleted within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten as backups rotate; we are confirming the exact period with our hosting provider. You can also request erasure at gdpr@fshn.app.

Downloading or sharing an outfit card includes the images visible in that card. Check it for faces and private details before sharing. fshn does not automatically publish your photos or outfit cards.

Controller & your rights

The data controller is Ingeniería Sanitaria, S.L., Avenida de Malaga 8, 41004 Sevilla, Spain (VAT ID B41008418). For any privacy request — access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability — email gdpr@fshn.app from the address linked to your account. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We answer privacy requests within one month. You can withdraw AI consent at any time for future photos. We make no automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

Legal bases

We process account and wardrobe data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract). AI photo tagging happens only with your explicit consent, given per photo, and you can withdraw it for future requests at any time. Security, abuse prevention and technical logging rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and available.

Processors & international transfers

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication, database and private photo storage, and Lovable AI Gateway with the OpenAI model provider for optional clothing tagging. They process your data on our behalf to provide the service. These providers operate globally, including in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. The protections that apply to such transfers are described in each provider’s published data protection terms. Your wardrobe data and photos are kept while your account is active and deleted as described in the deletion section; guest data stays in your browser until you clear it.
